We carry both imperial and metric sizes in a variety of styles, materials, grades, and finishes. With our extensive supply chain, we are able to supply custom fasteners and fasteners with licensed features, such as, Delta PT or MAThread.
Clips, Inserts, and Compression Limiters
If you are looking for speed nuts, knurled inserts, or compression limiters, we are able to help design or supply predesigned assembly components for your injection molding or assembly applications.
Automotive Fasteners
Many large tiered automotive manufacturers are turning to Carrdan to supply them with a high volume custom fasteners and hardware for their assemblies. We are able to stock parts in our warehouse and release them on your schedule for Just In Time delivery to help your facility run lean and efficiently. Level 3 PPAP's, and CQI's from secondary processing are available for new program applications and Safe Launch programs are in place to ensure a smooth launch for your assembly team.
Rivets and Rivnuts
Available in a variety of styles, sizes, finishes, and materials. We are able to supply and help you design custom rivets and rivnuts.
Plating, Coating, and Patches
Metal finishing for both decorative and rust inhibition is available in compliance to the latest automotive and industrial specifications. Carrdan maintains CQI documentation and up to date certifications for all secondary suppliers.
Weld Studs and Nuts
We are able to offer many standard weld nuts and studs in different materials. Custom designed parts are also available.
